Dr. Ritz is a qualified Consultant Counselling Psychologist (HCPC) with a background in Neuroscience (BSc Hons) and over 17 years of clinical experience. Her work bridges psychology, neuroscience, and reflective practice, supporting high performers and deep thinkers to understand their patterns, build emotional resilience, and create lasting internal change.
